Our Story
The Rolling Paper Company was founded in 2008 with a simple observation: there was nobody in the market offering small-run custom rolling papers. Large manufacturers only wanted big orders. Small brands, independent dispensaries, event companies, and startup cannabis businesses had nowhere to go if they wanted a product with their own name on it without committing to enormous minimum quantities.
We built the solution. Starting with a single focus on small and mid-size custom orders, we developed the expertise, the supplier relationships, and the production capabilities to serve brands of any size — from a local dispensary ordering 1,000 custom booklets for the first time to a global distributor shipping container loads every month.
Seventeen years later, we have produced for over 400 brands across 52 countries. But our founding principle has never changed: every brand, regardless of size, deserves access to a real manufacturer with real quality and real flexibility.

Every sheet of lightweight paper used in our rolling papers and cones is sourced from Europe. We work with the world’s leading paper mills to ensure that the raw material going into your product meets the highest standards for burn quality, taste, and consistency.
Our paper range includes Bleached Rice, Unbleached Rice, Bleached Hemp, Unbleached Hemp, Bamboo, Clear Cellulose, and HTL papers — all sourced from Europe, all available in a range of weights from 12.5 GSM to 24 GSM.
We chose to work with European paper mills because quality cannot be an afterthought. Your brand goes on our product. That means our product has to be worth putting your brand on.

Our Team & Facility
The Rolling Paper Company employs over 140 people across our production and business operations in Bekasi, West Java, Indonesia. Our facility houses dedicated teams for machine operation, quality control, purchasing, design, and logistics — all working under one roof to ensure that every order meets our standards before it leaves our factory.
Our in-house design team works directly with clients to develop custom branding, artwork, and packaging. You do not need to have a finished design ready when you contact us — we can help you get there.
