Company Related FAQs

The Rolling Paper Company is a direct manufacturer based in Indonesia, not a trader or broker. Since 2008, we have produced custom rolling papers and pre-rolled cones for more than 1,000 brands across 52 countries worldwide.

We manufacture in-house using premium European paper, offer low minimum order quantities starting from 1,000 units, provide factory-direct pricing, and ship worldwide. Whether you need rolling papers, pre-rolled cones, filter tips, or custom packaging, everything is produced under one roof by our own team.

Your information will be kept confidential and will not be revealed to any other party unless approved by you to do so. We may ask to post a picture of your product on our website or social media and it is entirely up to you to agree.

You are kept in the loop at all times from the pre- printing process to post production and photos are sent regularly to show the progress. At any point before final production you are able to make changes to the order in case there is something you may have missed.

Of Course. Fully printed display boxes with folds and perforations are included with all orders at no extra cost.

Generally we have 25 or 50 booklets in a display box. If you require something different please email us on info@therollingpapercompany.com

Payment Related FAQs

For orders up to 25,000 booklets we accept wire transfer for the full amount prior to production. Orders over 25,000 booklets we will need a 50% deposit to start the production and the balance before the goods are shipped out.

Shipping & Delivery Related FAQs

The production time is approximately 4 weeks and 1 week for delivery, 5 weeks total.

Worldwide.

Shipping is expected to be delivered within a week. In most cases it is about 3 to 5 days, but very occasionally, due to reasons outside our control goods may be held up or delayed slightly by the courier company.

No. For whatever you purchase on this site, shipping is free for USA / CANADA.
For other countries please contact us on info@therollingpapercompany.com for the final pricing.
And that’s it. Please note that we are not responsible for any duties, taxes, levies, customs charges, VAT payments or any other charges that may be imposed by the country that you are importing the Rolling Papers into.

Depending on the size of your order, we have a few different methods of getting your goods to you:
1. Air courier (DHL, Fedex, TNT, UPS) – Usually for small orders of up to 25,000 booklets
2. Air cargo – usually for orders from 25,000 to 50,000 booklets
3. LCL by Sea – Usually for goods from one pallet (about 120,000 pcs) up to a full container load
4. FCL by Sea – this is about 1.2 million pcs
